Castagnaccio: un dolce autunnale
Il castagnaccio è un dolce tipico della tradizione popolare toscana,diffuso in tutto il centro Italia e in Liguria. La preparzione è molto semplice, a base di farina di castagne e altri semplici ingredienti. Il castagnaccio è un dolce tipico autunnale, molto buono, che può essere accompagnato dalla ricotta fresca.
Ingredienti
- 300 g difarina di castagne
- 4 cucchiai dizucchero
- 1 bicchiere d’acqua
- 50 grammi diuvetta
- 50 g dipinoli
- 2 rametti dirosmarino fresco
- 2 cucchiai diolio extravergine d’oliva
- 1 pizzico disale
Preparazione del castagnaccio
- Faterinvenire l’uvetta in poca acqua tiepida.
- Setacciatela farina in una ciotola, unite un pizzico di sale e versate l’acqua poco alla volta mescolando con una frusta a mano fino a ottenere un composto liscio e senza grumi.
- Unitelo zucchero e l’olio, l’uvetta strizzata e metà dei pinoli, e mescolate ancora.
- Versateil composto in una teglia bassa, rotonda o rettangolare ben unta di olio.
- Decoratela superficie con il resto dei pinoli, il rosmarino e un filo d’olio.
- Infornateper 30 minuti, in forno già preriscaldato, a 200° C per 30 minuti.
- Il dolcesarà cotto quando superficie sarà screpolataa e ben asciutta.
