1 cavolfiore di circa 1 kg140 g di farina20 g di prezzemolo1 limone1 uovoOlio d’oliva1 bicchiere di birraSalePepe
VERDURE IN PASTELLA
Un modo sfizioso di cucinare le verdure per farle mangiare anche ai bambini. Un ricetta vegetariana molto gustosa.
Ingredienti per 4 persone
- 12 asparagi
- 4 carciofi
- 2 zucchine
- 2 carote
- cavolfiore: g 400
- Farina: g 300
- Farina di riso: g 100
- Salsa piccante
- Olio di semi di girasole
- Sale
Preparazione
Mondate, lavate e asciugate tutte le verdure. Tagliate i carciofi a spicchi, le zucchine e le carote a listarelle e riducete il cavolfiore a cimette. In una ciotola sbattete 350 g di acqua molto fredda con le farine, fino ad ottenere una pastella fluida senza grumi, e conservate in frigorifero per due ore. Immergete le verdure nella pastella, friggetele nell’olio caldo, cioè a 170 C, asciugatele sulla carta assorbente, salatele e servitele nei cestini di carta di riso con la salsa piccante.
