Frittata ai quattro formaggi
La frittata ai quattro formaggi è un secondo piatto davvero goloso, realizzata con gruviera, mozzarella, fontina e parmigiano. Potete sostituire i formaggio che non gradite con un altri di vostro gradimento. La frittata ai quattro formaggi è davvero buonissima e facile da preparare.
Ingredienti:
- 6 uova
- 3 cucch. di latte
- 30 g di gruviera
- 40 g di mozzarella
- 30 g di fontina
- 1 cucch. di parmigiano gratt.
- 30 g di burro
- Sale q.b
Preparazione
- Sbattete le uova con il sale, unitevi il parmigiano grattugiato e il latte, e fate cuocere la frittata nel burro in una padella antiaderente; non appena si sarà formata sotto la crosticina e sopra è ancora morbida aggiungete i formaggi che nel frattempo avrete tagliato a piccoli pezzi.
- Aggiungete un po’ di burro, appoggiate un piatto sopra la padella, tenetelo fermo con la mano, capovolgete la frittata e rosolatela dall’altra parte.
- A cottura ultimata fate scivolare nel piatto da portata la frittata ai quattro formaggi e servitela calda.
