Frullato di banane e frutti di bosco
Preparazione: 5 minuti
Il frullato di banane e fruttidi bosco è una bevanda fresca e sana, adatta per la colazione o come spuntino durante la giornata. La sua preparazione è semplice e veloce, perfetta per chi ha poco tempo ma vuole comunque gustare una bevanda sana e nutriente.
Ingredienti:
– 2bananemature
– 1 tazza difrutti di bosco surgelati
– 1 tazza dilatte di mandorle
– 1 cucchiaio dimiele
– 1 cucchiaino diestratto di vaniglia
PREPARAZIONE
1.Pelarele banane e tagliarle a rondelle.
2.Metterele banane, la frutta di bosco, il latte di mandorle, il miele e l’estratto di vaniglia nel frullatore.
3.Frullaretutto fino a ottenere una consistenza omogenea e cremosa.
4.Versareil frullato nei bicchieri e servire subito, decorando a piacere con frutta fresca o granola.
I frutti di bosco sono una categoria di frutta che comprende varie specie di piccoli frutti selvatici, tra i quali:
