 Ingredienti per 4 persone


 

 

  • 400 g di calamari puliti
  • 8 gallette integrali
  • 400 g  di passata di pomodoro
  • 1 spicchio di aglio
  • 1 cipolla piccola
  • Cumino
  • Peperoncino
  • Paprika
  • Zenzero fresco
  • Olio extravergine di oliva
  • Un pizzico di sale e pepe 

 

 

Preparazione

  1. Stufate la cipolla e l'aglio tritati in un filo di olio con un pizzico di cumino e il peperoncino.Aggiungete un po' di acqua e fatelo appassire.
  2. Unite la passata, una grattugiata di zenzero e cuocete per 10 minuti, aggiungendo un pizzico di paprika e, se necessario, un po' di acqua.
  3.  A metà cottura, tuffate i calamari, regolate di pepe, e un pizzico di sale.
  4. Continuiate la cottura per 15 minuti. Mettete su ogni galletta un po' di calamaretti al sugo speziato e servite.
