Krav Maga
Il Krav Maga è una tecnica di combattimento di origine Israeliana, nella lingua ebraica significa “combattimento con contatto/combattimento a corta distanza”
L’ideatore di questa tecnica di combattimento fu il maestro Imi Linchtenfeld ,artista marziale e militare israeliano, che grazie alla vita circense acquisì una vasta preparazione sulla cultura fisica.
Lasciato il circo si arruolò alla polizia locale e divenne istruttore di difesa personale , vantando una straordinaria carriera militare.
Nel 1948 dopo la nascita dello stato di Israele divenne istruttore capo per l’addestramento Delle Forze di Difesa Israeliane, proprio in questo periodo introdusse un tipo combattimento efficace e facile da apprendere il “Krav Maga”
Il Krav Maga è una tecnica di combattimento molto semplice da apprendere, nata per essere usata in contesti bellici, non viene assimilata alle arti marziali poichè non coniuga la lotta ad uno spirito filosofico e punta a colpire parti del corpo ( genitali, occhi,carotide ecc..) che sono vietate negli altri sport.
Non prevede una riflessione e un’attesa dell’avversario ,il Krav Maga punta ad una rapida neutralizzazione del nemico.
Nato ,come già detto, in ambienti bellici e per scopi militari, viene praticato nelle palestre, ma solo istruttori esperti possono insegnare questa tecnica,nata per fronteggiare nemici armati, dovrebbe essere usata nell’ambito privato soltanto in casi di estremo pericolo per la propria vita.
