Almeno questo è quanto rivela uno studio condotto da un gruppo di collaboratori dell’Università di di Cadice e di quelli dell’Exercise and Epidemiology Science Biostatistics Department from the University of South Carolina di Columbine che hanno pubblicato i risultati delle loro ricerche sulla rivista Mayo Clinic Proceedings. Nel corso delle ricerche effettuate su un campione molto vasto di circa 55.000 persone, i ricercatori hanno dimostrato che il rischio di andare incontro a un episodio di morte improvvisa diminuisce proporzionalmente all’aumentare dell’attività aerobica svolta dalle persone.
