Pasta al forno con verdure

INGREDIENTI
320 g dipasta corta tipo penne o rigatoni
1cavolfiore piccolo
200 g dizucca
100 g dipiselli
50 g diparmigiano grattugiato
50 g digroviera grattugiato
Olioextravergine d’oliva
1 noce diburro
Sale
Noce moscata
PROCEDIMENTO
1) Lessate la pasta in abbondante acqua salata; a metà cottura unite i piselli. Scolate la pasta al dente insieme ai piselli, raffreddatela sotto l’acqua fredda e mettetela in una ciotola.
Irrorate con un po’ d’olio.
2) A parte pulite il cavolfiore e dividetelo in cimette.
Lessatelo in acqua salata.
3) Mondate la zucca, tagliate la polpa a cubetti e fatela saltare in padella con poco olio. Quando sarà ancora soda unite il cavolfiore tagliato a pezzetti, la pasta e piselli, mescolate, regolate di sale, spolverate con una grattugiata di noce moscata e spegnete il fuoco.
4) Imburrate una pirofila, versatevi la pasta con le verdure, distribuite sopra il parmigiano e il groviera e fate gratinare in forno per pochi minuti, il tempo di far fondere i formaggi.
Servite la pasta ben calda.

A seconda della stagione e della disponibilità, per questa
pasta al forno potete utilizzarele rape, il radicchio, le carote.
Potete sostituire il groviera con la provola oppure la fontina.
