- Penne integralig:350
- Pomodoriramati: 5
- 1 mazzetto dirucola
- Mandorlesgusciate e pelate g: 80
- 1cipolla
- 2peperoncini
- Olioextravergine di oliva

Preparazione penne con pesto di rucola
- In una padellacon l’olio soffriggete la cipolla sbucciata e tritata, disponete pomodori ridotti a cubetti, continuate la cottura per 10 minuti e salate.
- Lavate la rucola, asciugatela, passatela in un tritatutto con metà delle mandorle, i peperoncini e l’olio versato a filo, fino a ottenere uno pesto omogeneo e granuloso.
- Cuocere le penneintegrali in acqua salata, scolatele, conditele con il sugo preparato e servite nel piatto da portata con il pesto e le mandorle rimaste.
