Polpette di tonno
Le polpette di tonno possono essere un’ ottima idea per un piatto sfizioso, buono e poco impegnativo. Realizzato anche con il tonno in scatola, che di solito tutti abbiamo in casa, le polpette di tonno possono essere preparate in pochissimo tempo. Morbide dentro e croccanti fuori sono una vera delizia. La ricetta delle polpette di tonno presentata prevede anche la salsa con il pomodoro ma se non è gradita possono essere gustate semplicemente fritte .
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
- Tonno in scatola o trancio di tonno: g 250
- 3 uova
- Mollica di pane: g 100
- Pistacchi sgusciati e pelati: g 20
- Pinoli: g 20
- Salsa di pomodoro: g 150
- 1 spicchio d’ aglio
- Prezzemolo
- Basilico
- Pangrattato: g 100
- Olio extravergine di oliva
Preparazione polpette di tonno
- In un tegame con l’olio soffriggere l’aglio, toglietelo dal tegame, versate la salsa di pomodoro, insaporite con il basilico, salate, cuocete per 15 minuti. Lavate, sfogliate, asciugate e frullate il prezzemolo con i pistacchi e pinoli.
- Sminuzzate il tonno, amalgamatelo con le uova, la mollica di pane sbriciolata e il composto di prezzemolo, salate e pepate.
- Con le mani umide confezionate tante polpette, appiattitele leggermente, passatele nel pangrattato,friggetele nell’olio caldo fino alla doratura. Poi sgocciolatele, asciugatele sulla carta assorbente e servitele nel piatto da portata con la salsa di pomodoro e prezzemolo tritato.
