Ilsorbetto cremoso alla banana e fragoleè un dessert perfetto da offrire a fine pasto. Il sorbetto cremoso alla banana e fragole è preparato con frutta fresca e può essere ideale anche per i bambini. Può essere arricchito da una spolverata dicocco rapè( polpa del cocco essiccato) che viene utilizzato in molte preparazioni di pasticceria e un ciuffetto dipanna.
Tempo di preparazione: 5 minuti
Ingredienti per 4 persone
- 350 g difragole
- 2banane
- 100 g dizucchero a velo
- Succo di mezzolimone
- 3 cucchiai dicocco rapè
- 100 ml dipannafresca pastorizzata
Procedimento
- Lavate, mondate e tagliate a pezzi le fragole. Tagliate le banane a rondelle. Riunite tutta la frutta in congelatore per una notte.
- Trascorso il tempo prelevate la frutta dal congelatore e lasciatela a temperatura ambiente per non più di una ventina di minuti.
- Inserite nel mixer la frutta, il succo di limone e lo zucchero a velo, quindi azionate fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo e cremoso.
- Servite con una spolverata di cocco rapè sulla superficie e un ciuffo di panna montata.
