I problemi, la vita quotidiana, i modelli
di vita che ci vengono proposti, il bombardamento mediatico di notizie negative, essere sempre all’altezza delle situazioni, rende la nostra vita frenetica e rilassarsi diventa quasi impossibile.
Per essere felici non bisogna necessariamente essere persone di successo e avere una vita che rispecchi quello che richiede la società.
Molto spesso ci si sente inadeguati, frustrati e paura e ansia prendono il sopravvento,fanno perdere la fiducia in se stessi e non ci ci permettono di vivere un vita serena.
Quando le angosce e l’ansia ci assalgono non dobbiamo farci prendere dal panico. L’ansia ci può assalire all’improvviso e creare in noi un’agitazione profonda, uno stato di allerta.
Quando non diventa patologica e richiede l’intervento del medico, nel quale bisogna riporre massima fiducia, possiamo trovare delle tecniche di rilassamento per superare questi difficili momenti.
Controllare la respirazione
Uno dei sintomi principali dell’ansia è il respiro corto, respiriamo usando la parte alta dei polmoni ; ritiriamoci in un luogo silenzioso e tranquillo, chiudiamo gli occhi e ci concentriamo sulla respirazione, inspiriamo con il naso, portiamo il respiro verso il basso usando il diaframma, chiudiamo la bocca, tratteniamo il fiato per qualche secondo e espiriamo molto lentamente.
Ripetiamo questo esercizio per qualche minuto, aumentando gradualmente fino a raggiungere 20 minuti.
Controllare il respiro sarà di enorme aiuto e ci permetterà di controllare situazione in cui la voglia sarebbe quella di scappare.
Fuggire dalle situazioni non farà altro che creare in noi paura e sfiducia.
Anche il rilassamento muscolare assume una grande importanza.
Ci possiamo sdraiare in un luogo confortevole, con abbigliamento comodo, e rilasciare senza fretta i gruppi muscolari irrigiditi, partendo da quelli facciali, delle spalle, delle braccia e delle gambe.
Ripetere a lungo e pian piano ti sentirai più rilassato e calmo.
