Ingredienti
- 4 patate medie
- 4 cipolle bianche
- Origano
- Maggiorana
- Olio extravergine di oliva
- Burro
- Sale e pepe
Rotolo salato con spinaci e prosciutto
Preparazione
- Sbucciate le patate, lavatele, asciugatele con carta assorbente, quindi tagliatele con il coltellino a fettine sottili possibilmente dello stesso spessore (se la possedete usate una mandolina); poi immergete le patate in abbondante acqua bollente salata per 1 minuto.
- Spellate le cipolle, affettatele a velo e dividete le fettine in anelli. Spennellate con un filo di olio la teglia, fate sul fondo uno strato di patate, cospargetelo con anelli di cipolla, insaporite con sale, abbondante pepe, un pizzico di origano e uno di maggiorana.
- Cospargete la superficie con qualche fiocchetto di burro. Mettete la teglia in forno già caldo a 180° e cuocete le verdure per 30-35 minuti, fino a quando la superficie sarà dorata.
- Potete servirle con un secondo di pesce o un piatto di carne arrosto.
