La Tinea pediso piede d’atleta è una micosi
causata da con fungodermatofitico
detto Tricophyton o anche da altri funghi del
genereEpidermophyton.
Si localizzano trale dita del piede ma possono
interessare altre parti del corpo.
Contagio
Il fungo ècontagiosoe si contrae camminando
scalzi in luoghiumidi, entrando a contatto
con oggetti , indumenti infettati soprattutto nelle
piscinee nellepalestre, luoghi in cui si
può sviluppare più facilmente la micosi a causa
del calore, dell’umidità e della presenza
contemporanea di tante persone, infatti in questi
ambienti è buona norma non scambiare
ciabatte, asciugamani e mettere un asciugamano di protezione sulle panche umide.
Chi rischia di più
L’insorgenza dell’infezione è favorita da diversi
fattori di tipo endogeno e di tipo esogeno.
Fattori di tipo endogeno:
Debilitazione generale dell’organismo con
abbassamento delle difese immunitarie
Diabete e dermatiti
Possibile predisposizione genetica
Sesso maschile
Fattori di tipo esogeno:
Umidità dell’ambiente
Abitudine a camminare scalzi anche nei luoghi pubblici
Scambio di scarpe , ciabatte, asciugamani già
usati in palestre o luoghi chiusi in cui si svolgono
attività sportive
Nella prevenzione rientra anche l’abitudine ad
asciugare bene i piedi tenendoli sempre freschi e
asciutti

Cattivo odore dei piedi
Ispessimento delle unghie che tendono ad indebolirsi,
a lacerarsi e a cambiare colore
Arrossamento e desquamazione della pelle delle zone colpite
Eruzioni cutanee , screpolature e vesciche o ferite aperte
Trattamento
La prima cosa da fare è rivolgersi al medico affinché
possa possa essere effettuata una diagnosi con precisione.
Sarà il medico dopo la diagnosi a prescrivere la giusta terapia farmacologica.
Rimedi naturali:
Acqua e aceto
Acqua e aceto possono essere un valido aiuto
quando i sintomi non sono ancora molto evidenti.
Riempire una bacinella per un terzo di aceto bianco
e due terzi di acqua tiepida,
e immergere i piedi per 15 o 20 minuti al giorno.
Bicarbonato
Pediluvio in acqua e bicarbonato
il bicarbonato abbassa il grado di acidità
dell’acqua e in un ambiente poco acido i funghi
soffrono.
Sciogliere un cucchiaino di bicarbonato per ogni
litro di acqua e tenere i piedi a mollo almeno due
volte giorno per una decina di minuti.
Asciugare i piedi accuratamente per non lasciare
parti umide, usare un asciugamano delicato utilizzato unicamente per questo scopo.
Tè
Le bustine di tè possono essere utili ridurre la
diffusione del fungo.
5 bustine di tè nero
Un litro d’ acqua
Mettete a bollire l’acqua , immergere le bustine
del tè nell’acqua , portare a bollore e far bollire
per 5 minuti.
Togliere dal fuoco lasciare raffreddare e togliere
le bustine .
Versare il contenuto in un recipiente , immergere i
piedi per mezz’ora .
Asciugare bene con un asciugamano pulito.
Ripetere per un mese.

Il sale ha la capacità di eliminare l’umidità tra i piedi,
una delle cause dell’insorgere della micosi.

60 g di sale fino
Fare sciogliere il sale in acqua tiepida
Immergere i piedi per 10 minuti
Asciugare bene con un asciugamano delicato e pulito

1 spicchio d’aglio
