Tiramisù allo yogurt con cioccolato
Ingredienti per 4 persone:
Savoiardi 250 g
Caffè ristretto non zuccherato 3 tazzine
Formaggio quark o altro formaggio spalmabile magro 300 g
Yogurt al naturale 1 vasetto
Zucchero 30 g
Cioccolato fondente 30 g
Caffè qualche chicco
Preparazione
1.Versate il formaggio in una terrina e, con l’aiuto di una piccola frusta, lavorate la crema unendo lo yogurt e lo zucchero.
Bagnate i savoiardi nel caffè, disponeteli a strati in una pirofila rettangolare, alternandoli con strati di crema dolce al formaggio.
2. Per completare
Terminate l’ultimo strato con la crema. Trasferite il tiramisù in frigorifero per almeno due ore e lasciatelo fino a 5 minuti prima di servire. Prelevate il dolce dal frigorifero e distribuite sulla superficie il cioccolato, ridotto a scagliette, e i chicchi di caffè.
