Tonno in crosta di pistacchi

                     

 

 

Il tonno in crosta di pistacchi è una ricetta velocissima ma molto saporita. Per coloro che sono amanti del tonno e dei pistacchi non possono perdere questa magnifica ricetta di tonno in crosta di pistacchi!!

                               Ingredienti per 4 persone


  • Filetto di tonno a fette g: 800
  • Patate g: 500
  • Granelli di pistacchi g: 250
  • Olio extravergine di oliva
  • Sale


Preparazione tonno in crosta di pistacchi


  1. Lavate le patate, cuocetele in acqua salata per 15 minuti, scolatele, sbucciatele, affettatele rosolare in una padella con il burro per 5 minuti.
  2. Spennellate il tonno con l’olio, passatelo nella granella di pistacchi, grigliate 15 minuti per lato e salate.
  3. Servite il tonno nel piatto da portata con le patate e cospargete con un po’ di granella di pistacchi tenuta da parte.
