La torta di banane all’arancia è un dolce soffice e profumato,  può essere preparato per la merenda e la colazione. La torta di banane all’arancia  è un  dolce sostanzioso che può dare la giusta carica al mattino!!

                                                                 Ingredienti:

 

  • 3 dischi sottili dipan di spagna già prontodi 16 cm
  • 4,5 d.l. dilatte
  • 300 g dinoci
  • 100 g dizuccherosemolato
  • 100 g diburro
  • 4banane
  • 2arance 
  • 2uova
  • 1tuorlo
  • 50 g difarina
  • 30 g dizucchero a velo
  • 10ciliegine candite
  • 1 bicchiere dibrandy


                                                 Preparazione

 

  1. Sbucciatele banane, tagliatele a rondelle e fatele macerare nel succo di arancia e mezzo bicchiere di brandy.
  2. Nel frattempo, sgusciate le uova in una casseruola e montatele con lo zucchero semolato: unite la farina, amalgamate bene, mettete in una casseruola  e versate  a filo il latte caldo mescolando. Lasciate addensare a fuoco bassissimo, poi spegnete, mescolatevi un cucchiaio di brandy e lasciatela raffreddare completamente. Montate il burro morbido con lo zucchero a velo e il tuorlo fino a ottenere un composto morbido e spumoso e mescolatelo alla  crema ormai fredda.
  3. Sgusciatele  le noci e tritatele grossolanamente con un coltello. Mescolate il succo dell’arancia rimasta con il restante brandy.
  4. Sistemateun disco di Pan di Spagna su un piatto di portata, bagnatelo con un 1/3 del mix di arancia e brandy preparato, spalmatelo con 1/3 della crema, cospargetelo con 1/3  dei gherigli di noci tritate  e distribuitevi sopra  1/3 delle fette di banana. Procedete allo stesso modo anche con gli altri due dischi di Pan di Spagna, poi sovrapponeteli uno all’altro e decorate la superficie della torta con le ciliegie.
