Ingredienti per 4 persone:
3limoni( possibilmente non trattati)
Farinag 400
Ricottag 400
4uova
Zuccherog 400
Una bustina dilievito
Una bustina divanillina
Zucchero a velo
Procedimento
Sgusciate le uova e separate i tuorli dagli albumi.
Pelate a vivo un limone, tagliatelo a pezzetti e
passatelo nella farina.
Montate i tuorli con lo zucchero, unite la ricotta
e la scorza grattugiata
di un limone, continuate a montare, incorporate
la farina, il lievito e la vanillina, aggiungete gli albumi montati a neve,
mescolate delicatamente
dal basso verso l’alto, unite i pezzetti di limone e amalgamate.
In una tortiera rivestita con la carta da forno
versate l’impasto, decorate con un limone tagliato a fettine e infornate a
180° per 40 minuti.
A cottura ultimata, estraete la torta dal fuoco
lasciatela raffreddare,
sformatela e spolverate con lo zucchero a velo.
