Preparazione yogurt, menta, crescione e mirtilli neri
- Pulite, lavate e asciughiate il crescione e le foglioline di menta.
- Asciugate con un panno umido i mirtilli. Lavate velocemente in acqua fresca.
- Nel bicchiere del frullatore, frullate i mirtilli alla massima velocità e aggiungete lo yogurt.
- Quando la preparazione avrà raggiunto una certa consistenza, aggiungete una fogliolina di menta, mescolate e versate nei bicchieri.
- Consumate il frullato appena pronto con menta e bacche di mirtilli.
