Preparazione:
1. Mettete le fave secche in ammollo in acqua fredda per almeno 8 ore, poi scolateli e risciacquateli.
2. Soffriggete la cipolla tagliata a pezzetti in una pentola, poi aggiungete la salsiccia sbriciolata e fate cuocere per 5-10 minuti finché non è dorata.
3. Aggiungete le fave secche, l’aglio tritato e il rosmarino, mescolando bene.
4. Aggiungete il brodo, salate e pepate a piacere e portate ad ebollizione.
5. Riducete la fiamma, coprite e fate cuocere per circa 1 ora, aggiungendo acqua calda se necessario.
6. Nel frattempo, tagliate le patate a cubetti e fateli bollire in acqua salata per circa 10 minuti, poi scolateli.
7. Quando le fave sono cotte, aggiungete le patate alla pentola, mescolate bene e fate cuocere per altri 10 minuti.
8. Servite caldo, con una spolverata di pepe nero appena macinato.
