Kefir: la bevanda probiotica che promuove una salute intestinale
Il kefir è una bevanda fermentata ricca di probiotici. È prodotto attraverso la fermentazione del latte con l’uso deigranuli di kefir, che sono un insieme dibatterielieviti.
I granuli di kefir sembrano piccole perle bianche o nodi simili al cavolfiore. Quando vengono aggiunti al latte, i batteri e i lieviti presenti nei granuli iniziano a fermentare il lattosio nel latte, trasformandolo in acido lattico e altre sostanze benefiche.
La fermentazione del kefir produce una bevanda dallaconsistenza cremosa,leggermente effervescente e dalsapore acidulo. Può presentare anche note dolciastre o leggermente amarognole a seconda delle varianti del kefir utilizzate.
Il kefir contiene diversi ceppi di batteri probiotici comelactobacillus,bifidobacteriumestreptococcus thermophilus.Queste colonie benefiche possono contribuire all’equilibrio della flora intestinale e promuovere una migliore digestione quando consumate regolarmente.
È importante notare che il kefir può essere preparato sia con il latte animale (come mucca o capra) che con alternative vegetali come il latte di cocco o quello d’avena per adattarsi alle esigenze dietetiche individuali.
Oltre ai suoi benefici probiotici per la salute dell’intestino, il kefir è anche una fonte ricca divitamine B12,calcioed altri nutrienti essenziali.
Ricorda sempre di seguire le istruzioni specifiche sulla preparazione del tuo kefir, poiché le procedure possono variare leggermente a seconda dei granuli di kefir e del tipo di latte utilizzato.
Ingredienti:
– 1 cucchiaio digranuli di kefir
– 2 tazze dilatte(può essere latte animale o vegetale)
Preparazione del kefir
1.Mettii granuli di kefir in un barattolo di vetro pulito e versa il latte sopra.
2.Copriil barattolo con un panno o una garza e fissalo con un elastico.
3.Lasciariposare a temperatura ambiente per circa 24 ore, agitando delicatamente il barattolo ogni tanto.
4.Dopole 24 ore, filtra il liquido utilizzando un colino a maglie strette per separare i granuli dal kefir appena fermentato.
5.Conservai granuli in po’ del kefir ottenuto in frigorifero per usarli nella prossima preparazione.
6.Il kefirappena fatto può essere consumato immediatamente oppure conservato in frigorifero.
Puoi gustarlo così com’è o aggiungerefrutta fresca,miele o altridolcificanti naturalisecondo le tue preferenze personali.
Il kefir è ricco dibatteri probioticibenefici che possono contribuire all’equilibrio della flora intestinale e favorire la salute digestiva quando consumato regolarmente.
Nota: Assicurati sempre che gli utensili utilizzati siano ben puliti e igienizzati durante la preparazione del tuo alimento probiotico fatto in casa.
