La mela non va sbucciata, perché propriola buccia contiene parte delle sue proprietà benefiche, la polpa molto meno, in particolare,nella buccia delle mele verdi si trovano le fibre, le vitamine e l’acido ursolico, una sostanza che, secondoalcuni studi recenti, sarebbe in grado di ritardare l’invecchiamento muscolare.
