2. Sorbetto all’uva fragola:**
Ingredienti:
– 4 tazze di uva fragola, senza semi
– 1/2 tazza di zucchero
– Succo di 1 limone
– 1 tazza di acqua
Procedimento:
1. In un pentolino, porta a ebollizione l’acqua e lo zucchero, mescolando fino a quando lo zucchero si è completamente sciolto. Lascia raffreddare.
2. In un frullatore, frulla le uve fragola fino a ottenere una consistenza liscia.
3. Aggiungi il succo di limone e lo sciroppo di zucchero raffreddato alle uve fragola frullate e mescola bene.
4. Versa il composto in una macchina per il gelato e segui le istruzioni del produttore per preparare il sorbetto.
5. Una volta pronto, trasferisci il sorbetto in un contenitore e congela per almeno 2 ore prima di servire.

– 1 baguette, tagliata a fette
– 1 tazza di uva fragola, tagliata a metà
– 150 g di formaggio di capra
– Miele q.b.

1. Tosta le fette di baguette fino a che risultino croccanti.
2. Spalma una generosa quantità di formaggio di capra su ogni fetta di pane tostato.
3. Posiziona alcune fette di uva fragola sulla parte superiore del formaggio di capra.
4. Spruzza un po’ di miele su ogni bruschetta e guarnisci con foglie di basilico fresco.
5. Servi come antipasto o come sfizioso spuntino.
