Tartine alla crema di ricotta con aneto, basilico e pomodorini
8 fette di pancarrè biologico
250 g di ricotta di capra
Aneto
Basilico
12 pomodorini ciliegia
Olio extravergine di oliva
Sale e pepe
Preparazione
1.Sistemate le fettine di pancarré su una teglia foderata con carta forno. Infornare a 140 gradi per dieci minuti, in modo da dorare e renderle appena croccanti, ma senza cuocerle.
2. In una ciotola a parte, mescolate la ricotta di capra con l’anetoe il basilico tritati finemente, profumate con una macinata di pepee mescolate. Lavate, asciugate e tagliate in quattro spicchi i pomodorini. Ungeteli con un filo di olio e insaporite con un pizzico di sale.
3. Togliete il pancarré dal forno e, mentre è ancora tiepido, spalmate sopra la ricotta profumata alle erbette. Disponete sopra pezzetti di pomodorini e portate in tavola subito.
