Sorbetto all’uva
Il sorbetto all’uvaè un dolce gelato a base di uva che ha una consistenza leggera e setosa. Il sorbetto all’uva ha un sapore intenso e dolce grazie all’utilizzo di uva fresca e matura. Il sorbetto all’uva è un dolce ideale per i mesi estivi o come dessert rinfrescante dopo un pasto pesante. Il sorbetto all’uva viene preparato utilizzando ingredienti naturali come l’uva fresca, acqua e zucchero. Può essere aromatizzato con succo dilimoneo altri ingredienti complementari per arricchire il sapore dell’uva, ma solitamente è un dolce semplice a base di pochi ingredienti. Adifferenza dei gelati tradizionali, ha una bassa percentuale di grassi, rendendolo una scelta leggera per coloro che cercano un dessert più salutare o per coloro che vogliono limitare l’apporto di grassi nella loro dieta.
Ingredienti
- 500g diuva nera
- 200g dizucchero
- 250ml diacqua
Procedimento:
- Lavarebene l’uva, rimuovere i piccioli e metterla in un frullatore. Frullare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
- In una pentola, sciogliere lo zucchero nell’acqua a fuoco medio, mescolando fino a quando lo zucchero si è completamente sciolto. Lasciare raffreddare per qualche minuto.
- Versareil succo d’uva frullato nella pentola con lo sciroppo di zucchero e mescolare bene.
- Trasferireil composto in una macchina per il gelato o in un contenitore adatto per il freezer.
- Se si utilizzauna macchina per il gelato, seguire le istruzioni del produttore per la preparazione e congelare fino a quando il sorbetto non raggiunge la consistenza desiderata.
- Se si utilizzaun contenitore nel freezer, coprire con un foglio di alluminio e congelare per 2-3 ore. Ogni 45 minuti circa, togliere dal freezer e mescolare energicamente con una forchetta per rompere i cristalli di ghiaccio e ottenere una consistenza più cremosa. Ripetere questo processo fino a quando il sorbetto non raggiunge la consistenza desiderata.
- Servireil sorbetto all’uva in coppette o coni da gelato e gustarlo freddo.
