Ingredienti
- 500 g di petto di tacchino
- 200 g dicastagnebollite e sbucciate
- 200 g diuvasenza semi
- 1cipolla, affettata sottilmente
- 2 spicchi d’aglio, tritati finemente
- 2 cucchiai dioliod’oliva
- 1 cucchiaio dirosmarinofresco, tritato
- Succo di 1limone

- Tempo di preparazione: Circa 15 minuti
- Tempo di cottura: Circa 25-30 minuti
- Calorie: Circa 300-400 calorie per porzione
- Difficoltà: Facile
Preparazione
- Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C.
- Scaldare una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungere l’olio d’oliva. Quando l’olio è caldo, aggiungi la cipolla e l’aglio e cuoci fino a quando sono morbidi e leggermente dorati.
- Rimuovi la cipolla e l’aglio dalla padella e tienili da parte. Aggiungi il petto di tacchino nella padella e cuoci da entrambi i lati fino a quando è dorato.
- Trasferisci il petto di tacchino in una teglia da forno e cospargi con la cipolla, l’aglio, il rosmarino e il succo di limone. Condisci con sale e pepe.
- Cuoci nel forno preriscaldato per circa 20-25 minuti, o finché il petto di tacchino raggiunge una temperatura interna di 75°C.
- Nel frattempo, in una pentola separata, porta a ebollizione dell’acqua e immergere le castagne per alcuni minuti finché non sono tenere. Scolale e tienile da parte.
- Aggiungi l’uva nella stessa pentola e fai bollire per circa 2-3 minuti, finché l’uva si ammorbidisce leggermente. Scolala e tienila da parte.
- Una volta che il petto di tacchino è cotto, togli la teglia dal forno e lascia riposare per qualche minuto prima di affettarlo.
- Servi il petto di tacchino affettato con le castagne e l’uva bollite come contorno.
