Fegatini di pollo con patate
Ingredienti
800 g di fegatini di pollo
2 cipollotti
4 patate grandi
1 peperone rosso
100 ml di vino rosso
Alloro
Erba cipollina
Aneto
Olio extra vergine di oliva
Sale e pepe
Istruzioni
- Pelate le patate e tagliatele a spicchi; conditele con l'erba cipollina e il sale. Fatele saltare in padella con abbondante olio, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
- In un'altra padella fate imbiondire le cipolle tagliate a fettine in poco olio, aggiungete i fegatini lavati e asciugati e fateli rosolare. Sfumate con il vino rosso e lasciate evaporare.
- Tagliate il peperone a falde e unitelo ai fegatini, cuocete per 5 minuti circa, poi unite anche le patate, l'alloro, l'aneto, altra erba cipollina e fate insaporire ancora per 5 minuti prima di servire ben caldo.
