L’Istat ci dice che… è tornato un po’ di ottimismo
Gli italiani tornano ad avere più fiducia nel futuro, come non succedeva da oltre 5 anni. Ci si scoprepiùsoddisfatti della qualità della propria vita,più attenti all’ambiente circostante, e quando ci sono dei problemi, si torna arifugiarsinegli affetti più cari,cioè la famiglia e gli amici. Sono questi dati che, sorprendentemente, emergono dal rapporto dell’Istat riferito al 2016 in cui si parla delle aspettative, dei timori e delle speranze di chi oggi vive nella nostra penisola, tra passato e futuro.
Si è più appagati dalla vita

Dai dati risulta che, mediamente, gli italiani oggi sono piùsoddisfatti della propria vitanel complesso: dal35,1%del2015
al41%del2016.La serenità e l’appagamento diminuiscono, però, con la aumentare dell’età: risultano altamente soddisfatti il54,1%deigiovanitra 14 e 19 anni e il34,4%degliultra 75enni. In leggero aumento anche il numero dei “soddisfatti”della propriasituazione economica, che aumenta dal47,5%del2015al50,5%del2016. È un dato positivo, perché finalmente si registra una maggiore fiducia nel presente e nel futuro da parte delle giovani generazioni: questo significa che i ragazzi e i giovani adulti tornano ad essere più ottimisti rispetto al lavoro, e ai rapporti familiari di amicizia anche solo in confronto un anno fa. Con il passare degli anni, è normale che livello di soddisfazione cali:
le età più avanzate vedono sempre con un certo rimpianto i tempi passati. Del resto, il futuro è una fonte di sofferenza per gli anziani, perché guardano a quello che non potranno più fare.
La famiglia torna ad essere importante

Le relazioni familiarisi confermano la dimensione a cui corrispondela percentuale più alta di persone soddisfatte,il90,1%dai 14 anni e oltre, senza differenze tra uomini e donne.
Solo una quota molto piccola al1,4%egiudicaquesto tipo direlazione per niente soddisfacente.
A causa di separazioni e divorzi, è cambiato il concetto di famiglia
tradizionale, ma il suo valore come centro della società, vista anche l’attenzione da parte delle coppie di fatto che si sono battute per ottenere diritti e doveri riconosciuti ai nuclei familiari.
C’è fiducia ma diffidenza negli amici

L’82%degli intervistati dall’ Istat si è dichiaratomolto o abbastanza soddisfatto per le relazioni di amicizia, ma al tempo stesso la maggior parte( il78,1%) si dichiara diffidentenei confronti degli altri e solo il19,7%ritiene che gran parte della genteè degna di fiducia.
Si è più sereni riguardo ai soldi

Nel 2016aumentata la percentuale di coloro “abbastanza
soddisfatti” della situazione economica,soprattutto rispetto all’anno simbolo della crisi, il 2008. Il miglioramento riguarda entrambi i generi sebbene sia più marcato per gli uomini, soprattutto tra i 35 e i 44 anni e, in particolare se lavoratori in proprio. L’ agiatezza economica permette di risolvere problemi essenziali come pagare l’affitto. Ma studi scientifici confermano cheil denaro non dà la vera felicità,soprattutto se a esso si legano tutte le soddisfazioni e le aspettative. Porsi obiettivi sempre più alti può portare miglioramenti, ma anche insoddisfazioni.

L’ 81,2% degli individui dai 14 anni in su esprime un giudizio positivo sulle proprie condizioni di salute, un dato che si conferma simile a quello del 2015.Sono maggiormente soddisfatti gli uomini rispetto alle donne, i giovani rispetto agli anzianie le persone che abitano al centro nord rispetto a chi risiede al Sud.
È normale che le persone più giovani siano più soddisfatte del proprio stato di salute perché gli anziani soffrono di malattie croniche in misura mediamente più alta, anche se nel nostro paese le cure sono garantite a tutti.Le donne,anche se vivono di più rispetto agli uomini,dedicano poco tempo alla cura di sée sono semprepiù soggette a disturbi cardiovascolari,un tempo più diffusi nell’uomo.
