Che cos’è il succo gastrico?
Il succo gastrico è un liquido prodotto dalle ghiandole dello stomaco e svolge un ruolo fondamentale nella digestione dei cibi. Contiene acido cloridrico, enzimi digestivi come la pepsina e il lipasi gastrico, nonché muco protettivo.
