Ingredienti per 4 persone:




Fettuccine: g 350 
 
 
Piselli sgranati: g 300
 
 
Panna: g 150
 
 
Prosciutto a tocchetti: g 150
 

Gorgonzola: g 100

 
1 scalogno
 
Burro: g 60
 
Sale e pepe
 
 
 
 

Procedimento:

 
Pelate e tritate lo scalogno , appassitelo in una padella con il burro ammorbidito,
aggiungete i piselli, salate,
versate un po’ di acqua, coprite e cuocete a fuoco moderato per 15 minuti,
quindi versate la panna, unite il
gorgonzola tagliato a pezzetti e continuate la cottura per 3 minuti. 
 Cuocere le fettuccine in acqua salata, scolatele, conditele con i piselli, il gorgonzola e
