INGREDIENTI



 



 
 
320 g di gamberetti in barattolo
 
1 mela acidula
 
2 tuorli d’uovo
 
aceto, un cucchiaio
 
olio, 4 cucchiai
 
Panna
 
Senape, un cucchiaino
 
Limone, una metà
 
Foglie di lattuga ( facoltative)
 
Sale
 
 
 
 
 



PREPARAZIONE
 

 
 
Sgocciolate i gamberetti dal
 
 liquido di conservazione.
 
 
Sbucciate la mela , tagliatela
 
pezzettini e mettetela nel
 
frullatore insieme con il succo 
 
del limone. 
 
 
Frullate e intanto stemperate 
 
la senape con 2-3 
 
cucchiai di panna;
 
lavorate i 2 tuorli con l’aceto
 
finchè saranno un pò 
 
schiumosi, poi unite l’olio,la
 
panna con la senape, 
 
una presa di sale e sbattete
 
bene per ottenere una 
 
salsetta alla quale unirete la
 
mela grattugiata, mescolando  
 
bene.
 
 
Condite i gamberetti con
 
questa specialissima salsa e 
 
serviteli come antipasto
 
( anche in coppe rivestite di 
 
lattuga e poste su un letto di 
 
ghiaccio tritato.
