- 12fette di pane
- Fontinag: 100
- Caciocavallog: 100
- Grana padanog: 100
- 2uova
- 1/2 litro dilatte
- Farinag: 100
- Oliodi semi
- Sale e pepe
Preparazione pane fritto con i formaggi
- Primadi tutto ammorbidite le fette di pane in una ciotola con il latte, poi sgocciolatele, passatele nella farina, poi nelle uova sbattute con un pizzico di sale e di pepe, quindi friggetele su entrambi i lati in abbondante olio caldo fino alla doratura.
- Sgocciolatelecon una paletta forata e asciugatele sulla carta assorbente.
- Serviteil pane fritto su un tagliere con i formaggi.
