- 12 fette di pane
- Fontina g: 100
- Caciocavallo g: 100
- Grana padano g: 100
- 2 uova
- 1/2 litro di latte
- Farina g: 100
- Olio di semi
- Sale e pepe
Preparazione pane fritto con i formaggi
- Prima di tutto ammorbidite le fette di pane in una ciotola con il latte, poi sgocciolatele, passatele nella farina, poi nelle uova sbattute con un pizzico di sale e di pepe, quindi friggetele su entrambi i lati in abbondante olio caldo fino alla doratura.
- Sgocciolatele con una paletta forata e asciugatele sulla carta assorbente.
- Servite il pane fritto su un tagliere con i formaggi.
