Pane in cassetta con tofu e insalata lollo
Il pane in cassetta con tofu e insalat lollo è una preparazione molto semplice ma allo stesso tempo molto gustosa per la presenza dell’insalata lollo, dal sapore molto delicato e il tofu ricco di grassi polinsaturi.
Pane in cassetta con tofu e insalata lollo
Ingredienti per 1 persona:
- 2 fette dipane bianco in cassetta
- 80 g ditofu
- 1 cucchiaio disalsa di soia
- 1 cucchiaino diolio extravergine d’oliva
- Un pizzico diprezzemolo tritato
- Qualche foglia diinsalata di lollo
- Mezzopomodororamato a fette
- Sale
- Pepenero macinato
Preparazione
- Estraete il tofu dalla confezione, asciugatelo e pressatelo in carta assorbente o panno da cucina per far fuoriuscire il liquido in eccesso. Tagliatelo a fettine e posizionatelo all’interno di un contenitore con la salsa di soia.
- Riponete in frigo per 10-15 minuti.
- Lavate le foglie di insalata lollo.
- Sciacquate sotto l’acqua corrente anche i pomodorini tagliati con un coltello fine a piccole fette da 0,5 cm.
- Componete il panino distribuendo sulla prima fetta una foglia di insalata, il pomodoro tagliato, il tofu marinato, e a piacere una nuova foglia di insalata.

L’insalata lolloè una tipologia di lattuga con cespi di colore verde brillante chiaro, molto apprezzata perché saporita, e al tempo stesso, povera di calorie. Ha un sapore delicato e rinfrescante, ha proprietà calmanti e stimola l’appetito. L’insalata lollo ha pochissime calorie. In più presenta una buona dose divitamine, minerali e oligoelementi, in particolare iodio e manganese,iodio, nichelio e cobalto. Varietà rossa e verde.
