Patatine di polenta
Le patatine di polenta possono essere preparate con gli avanzi della polenta ma è suggeribile preparare la polenta per questo scopo perché le patatine di polenta non bastano mai, una tira l’altra perché sono irresistibili. Le patatine di polenta possono essere ottime per il brunch o l’aperitivo.

Ingredienti
- 500 g difarina per polenta istantanea
- Sale
- Olioper friggere
- Aromia piacere (origano, timo, finocchietto, pepe)
Preparazione polpette di polenta
1) Preparate la polenta secondo le istruzioni della confezione. Quando sarà pronta stendetela su un foglio di carta forno ad
uno spessore di un centimetro.
Fatela raffreddare completamente.
2) Fate scaldare l’olio per friggere.
3) Tagliate la sfoglia di polenta in tanti bastoncini lunghi 3-4
cm e friggeteli un po’ alla volta in modo che non si attacchino.
Scolateli man mano che diventano dorati e croccanti, adagiateli
su carta da cucina per assorbire l’olio in eccesso e poi salateli e condite eventualmente con gli aromi.
Serviteli ben caldi.
… Consiglio
Se non volete utilizzare la farina per polenta istantanea (molto pratica perché, essendo precotta cuoce in genere in un paio di minuti), potete utilizzare la farina di mais fioretto o bramata, la cui cottura richiede in genere un’ora.
