Ingredienti:
4 patate di media grandezza
3 salsicce
1 provola affumicata
1 noce di burro
Erbe aromatiche a piacere (timo, basilico)
2 spicchi d’aglio
Olio extravergine d’oliva
Sale e pepe
Preparazione
1. Pelate le patate e incidete con il coltello delle fettine senza arrivare fino in fondo, in modo che la patata rimanga intera.
2. Infilate tra una fetta e l’altra qualche fettina di salsiccia e qualche scaglia di provola affumicata.
3. Imburrate una pirofila e sistematevi le patate farcite, irrorate
con l’olio, spolverate con sale, pepe e erbe aromatiche, unite gli spicchi d’aglio interi con la buccia.
4. Cuocete in forno a 180° per circa 30 minuti o fino a quando
le patate saranno cotte.
