Torta paradiso con crema al latte

La torta paradiso con crema al latte è un dolce molto buono che potete far mangiare tranquillamente anche ai bambini a colazione o a merenda. La torta paradiso con crema al latte è un dolce fatto in casa che prevede la variante della crema al latte rispetto alla classica torta paradiso, piacerà sicuramente a grandi e piccini perché è golosa e sparisce subito!!
Ingredienti per la torta:
- 200 g di burro
- 250 g zucchero a velo
- 2 uova
- 4 tuorli
- 150 g. di farina tipo 00
- 150 g. di fecola
- 1/2 bustina di lievito
- 1 pizzico di sale
- 1 bustina vanillina
- Zucchero a velo
Ingredienti per la crema al latte:
- 500 ml di latte
- 100 g. di farina
- 100 g.di zucchero
- 125 ml di panna
- 1 bustina di vanillina
- scorza di limone
Preparazione torta paradiso con crema al latte
- Togliete il burro dal frigo e portatelo a temperatura ambiente, tagliatelo a pezzetti, mettetelo nella planetaria e lavoratelo con la frusta o con il gancio a foglia fino ad ottenere una crema spumosa.
- Aggiungete uno alla volta i tuorli, poi le uova, la vanillina, il sale e continuare a montare.
- Unite la farina e la fecola, setacciate insieme con il lievito ed amalgamate delicatamente mescolando dal basso verso l’alto.
- Versate l’impasto in uno stampo rettangolare imburrato ed infarinato e cuocere in forno già caldo a 180 C° per circa 30 minuti. Fate la prova dello stuzzicadente per verificare la cottura.
Preparate la crema:
- Versate il latte in un pentolino con la scorza di limone e portare a bollore. Spegnete la fiamma e fare riposare 30 minuti. A parte, in un’altra pentola mettere la farina e poco alla volta versare il latte a filo mescolando bene. Unite quindi lo zucchero e la vanillina e fare addensare. Una volta raffreddata taglia la torta raffreddata in 3 strati e posiziona lo strato inferiore su un piatto da portata.
- Distribuite sul primo strato metà della crema, con la tasca da pasticcere con bocchetta liscia. Disponete sulla crema il secondo strato di pasta, ripetete l’operazione e ricomponete la torta con l’ultimo strato di pasta. Spolverate la torta con lo zucchero a velo e servite.
