–Basilicofresco, q.b.
–Oliod’oliva extra vergine, q.b.
–Saleepepe neromacinato fresco, q.b.
PREPARAZIONE
1.Portaa ebollizione una pentola grande con acqua salata e cuoci la pasta seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione fino a quando risulti al dente. Scolala bene.
2.Nel frattempo, prepara la salsa al pomodoro fresco. In una padella capiente, scalda un po’ di olio d’oliva a fuoco medio-basso. Aggiungi l’aglio tritato e la cipolla affettata e cuoci per alcuni minuti fino a che diventino morbidi ma non bruciati.
3.Tagliai pomodori in cubetti e aggiungili nella padella insieme all’aglio e alla cipolla. Salare leggermente per aiutare il rilascio dei succhi dei pomodori.
4.Cuocii pomodori per circa 10-15 minuti a fuoco medio-basso fino a quando si addensano leggermente, mescolando occasionalmente con un cucchiaio di legno schiacciando delicatamente i cubetti di pomodoro per ottenere una consistenza più salsa.
5.Aggiungiil basilico fresco spezzettato nella salsa al pomodoro e mescola bene. Regola di sale e pepe nero macinato fresco a piacere.
6.Versala pasta scolata nella padella con la salsa al pomodoro, mescolando delicatamente per assicurarti che ogni filo di pasta sia ben condito dalla salsa.
7.Servicalda, guarnendo con qualche foglia di basilico fresco e una spolverata di pepe nero macinato se desideri. Questa ricetta semplice ma gustosa ti permetterà di goderti un classico piatto italiano fatto in casa! Buon appetito!
