INGREDIENTI:
- 2 tazze diriso cotto(preferibilmente avanzato)
- 1uovo
- 1/4 tazza dipangrattatoo pane grattugiato
- 1/4 tazza diformaggiograttugiato (come parmigiano, pecorino o cheddar)
- 1 spicchio d’agliotritato finemente
- Saleepepeqb
- Prezzemoloaffresco tritato (opzionale)

- (Insalata di riso)
- (Risotto gratinato al forno ai quattro formaggi)
PREPARZIONE DELLA RICETTA CON RISO AVANZATO
1.Preriscaldail forno a 180°C e foderane una teglia con carta da forno.
2.In una ciotolagrande, mescola insieme il riso avanzato, l’uovo sbattuto, il pangrattato o pane grattugiato, il formaggio grattugiato e l’aglio tritato. Aggiungi sale, pepe e prezzemolo fresco se desideri dare più sapore alle polpette.
3.Mescolabene tutti gli ingredienti fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Se noti che la consistenza è troppo umida per poter modellare le polpette facilmente, aggiungi gradualmente un po’ di pangrattato o pane grattugiato in più.
4.Prendipiccole porzioni del composto e forma delle polpette rotonde, posizionandole sulla teglia foderata con carta da forno. Assicurati di lasciare uno spazio sufficiente tra le polpette per permettere loro di cuocere uniformemente.
5.Infornale polpette nel forno preriscaldato per circa 15-20 minuti, o finché non diventano dorate e croccanti all’esterno.
6.Una voltacotte, puoi servire le polpettine come antipasto, finger food o accompagnamento a un piatto principale. Sono deliziose da sole oppure possono essere gustate con una salsa al pomodoro fresca o con maionese aromatizzata per un tocco extra di sapore.
