Crostata di albicocche

La crostata alla confettura è il dolce per eccellenza preparato in casa, perché la crostata è un dolce facile da preparare e permette la realizzazione secondo i propri gusti. La crostata di albicocche che vi propongo è realizzata con le albicocche fresche, leggermente caramellate e distribuite su una buonissima pasta frolla. La crostata di albicocche può essere servita come merenda ai vostri bambini che sicuramente ne apprezzeranno il gusto dolce e squisito. Potete creare anche delle crostatine utilizzando le apposite formine!!
Ingredienti per la pasta frolla:
- 180 g di farina
- 75 g di burro
- 100 g di zucchero
- 1 uovo
- Un pizzico di sale
Per la farcia:
- 6 albicocche mature
- Succo di 1/2 limone
- 50 g di zucchero
Preparazione
- Preparate la pasta frolla lavorando il burro con lo zucchero, unite i tuorli ea poco a poco la farina e il sale, impastando velocemente. Avvolgete l’impasto con la pellicola e fatelo riposare in frigo per mezz’ora.
- Nel frattempo lavate di albicocche, tagliate a metà e fatele caramellare con lo zucchero in un pentolino a fiamma bassa, unendo il succo di limone, per 15 minuti circa o fino a quando le albicocche si saranno ammorbidite e leggermente caramellate.
- Stendete la frolla in uno stampo foderato con carta forno, distribuite le albicocche e infornate in forno caldo gradi per 30-35 minuti.
